What should I do if I haven’t received, or lost my Evidence of Cover?

We send out Evidence of Insurance once the membership data is received from the employer. If your scheme commenced recently it may be that we are still waiting for this data and a letter will be sent soon. If you need an advanced letter please ask your employer to pass details to us and confirm where the letter should be sent. In all other cases please email us.
