Can I get personalised documents?

We do not provide personalised documents.  We will provide you with a confirmation of cover email which includes the certificate (policy) wording and IPID (Insurance Product Information Document) once we are in receipt of membership details from your employer. You should carry the emergency numbers and certificate number with you when you are travelling.
