Crispin Speers – Chairman

Crispin Speers has been a broker since 1965 and is a founding member of CSP. His primary responsibilities are across the group companies where he sits on various boards.

David Stirling – Production and Broking

David Stirling is one of the founding partners of CSP and has a wealth of experience and knowledge handling and developing UK and International Insurance and Reinsurance. He is responsible for trading sides of the business and markets.

Andrew Rutty – Operations

Andrew Rutty is closely involved with the day-to-day management of the company. He is also responsible for IT, general office management, internal procedures and Human Resources.
